Dennis E. Ahearn has been serving individuals and business clients since 1977.  Dennis's practice focuses on estate planning, estate administration, and business law including business succession.  He is an experienced and respected trial attorney handling will contests, guardianship disputes, misuse of powers of attorney, and all areas of business and commercial litigation.  Dennis provides large law firm experience and technology with small law firm attention.  His offices are centrally located in downtown Fredericksburg.

Dennis has a Ph.B. from Pontificia Universita Gregoriana, Roma, Italia and a J.D. from Catholic University of America.  He is a member of the Fredericksburg Area Bar Association (President, 2004); Virginia State Bar; Virginia Trial Lawyers Association; and the District of Columbia Bar (inactive).  He has served on the boards of directors of a number of community non-profit corporations, and he currently is a director on the board of Mental Health America of Fredericksburg.
